I wanted to send an email about one of your exceptional employees, Jim W. My house flooded during the Harvey disaster which was devastating. We are the original owners of the Darling home which had beautiful Kent Moore cabinets for the last 16 years. When faced with needing to replace the cabinets, I naturally thought of Kent Moore.
In the midst of an incredibly busy time, Jim made time to come to my home. He helped me find the one remaining drawer that had all of the original order information. While I was in a dazed and confused state, he walked me through selections and design. He worked tirelessly on my order and countless others, helping us rebuild our lives.
The day he came to my home for final measurements before we placed the order, he knew that the island was not exactly what I had in mind. He patiently worked with me for longer than he probably had time. He listened to what I had in mind, he looked at pictures with me and he helped me design my dream island. This kind of customer service is rare. Jim is an amazing representative for the Kent Moore Cabinet Company. I am very grateful for his empathy, compassion and patience. I can't wait for my new cabinets! I know they will be as lovely as the last ones.
